Repealing the Ineffective and Incomplete Abstinence Only program funding Act

Much research has been done on the benefits of sex education for youth. However, $1.5 billion dollars have been spent by congress to fund abstinence only programs around the U.S. These programs have been again and again proven ineffective in changing the youths sexual behaviors.
This article discusses the need to repeal these programs and replacing them with a program that will provide information with substantial emphasis on both abstinence and contraceptive use among other related topics.
